- Miix 2 heaping tablespoons (30grams) of NouriShake in 240ml of chilled low fat milk or your favourite juice and mix it in a blender or Shaker. NouriShake is best served very cold. For variety, a different taste and extra nutrition, you can add fresh or frozen fruit. If you prefer a frothier, thicker drink, add a few ice cubes before blending.
